A TEC is very pleased to announce that Mr. Wolfgang Hammer, former Head of Procurement & Project Management with A TEC Austria, has been offered and has accepted the position of the new Managing Director A TEC Asia - his first day on the job has been 1st July, 2009.
Mr. Hammer will be the Managing Director of A TEC Asia Sdn. Bhd in Kuala Lumpur, MY as well as for our new office in Beijing A TEC Technology Services (Beijing) Co. Ltd.
Since beginning of 2009, the Beijing office directly serves the Chinese market. To offer a maximum added value to customers in the cement industry, A TEC China focuses on engineering solutions for plants that aim to optimize their cement production, especially the pyroprocess. Alternative fuel know-how is provided to production sites that need to reduce fossil fuel costs. Special emphasis is placed on the processing of waste and bio-materials.
A second line of services is offered to overseas customers that need to assure compliance of Chinese manufactured components and systems with engineering specifications and international standards. As experienced A TEC engineers are now not only based in Malaysia but also in China, engineering services and quality control can take place before shipment. This saves cost and valuable project time to our customers.
