With our unique Hurriclon® cyclone technology we are in the position to provide a cost effective and highly efficient clinker cooler dedusting system.

For regions with less strict emission control regulations we can provide dedusting before the ID fan with  HURRICLON® only without the need for a filter. In such a case, dust emissions can be reduced to approximately 200mg/Nm3 air/gas at the stack. The investment costs are a fraction of that of a new filter. 

A Hurriclon® Dedusting System provides dramatical reduction wear of impeller and piping system in applications where the gas after clinker cooler is used for drying purposes.
